Join us for an evening with Kyle Morgan of Blackberry Farm Brewery as we explore their take on traditional, time honored classics while discussing what makes this brewery in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains so special.
Though Blackberry Farm just won a gold medal for their Classic Saison at the 2016 World Cup of Beer in May, the property encompasses more than a brewery alone. It also has, of course, a fully functioning farm.
Throughout the evening you will have the opportunity to enjoy charcuterie from Blackberry Farm, prepared by their very own butcher, David Rule as well as cheeses that are also produced on-site. Paired with these, everyone will receive a 5 oz pour of their Classic Saison, Summer Saison, Fall Saison, Abbey Blonde & Abbey Brune.
Once you have tasted all five, pick a favorite and we'll pour you an additional 12 oz glass to enjoy as we finish out the evening.
And we would never want you leaving empty handed! So grab a bottle of Blackberry Farm Brewery's latest limited release in their "Native Series" on your way out. This Blackberry Rye Farmhouse Ale is fermented with a wild strain of native yeast harvested from honeysuckle blossoms found on Blackberry Farm's 9,200 acre estate. Blackberries are then added during secondary fermentation followed by additional aging in Tennessee Whiskey Barrels.
